Samsung Galaxy Mini is a smartphone operating system. Although priced cheap (USD 1.6 million/first market), but it was a mini touch screen phone is already adopting the Android operating system 2.2 or Froyo.
Galaxy Mini does have a body that feels the mini. With plastic rear casing that feels roughon the backside. Galaxy Mini screen quality looks pretty good, though not as sharp as a classy touch screen phones on it. Samsung also has invested a user interfaced TouchWiz UI, so the menu operation easier and more attractive. On the screen can be shown that despite the virtual qwerty keypad is small, but the response is quite accurate.

1. samsung have varian attractive product that liked by most of people
2. the price product of Samsung can be reached and mostly low-medium (standard) price that equals to quality of product
weakness of Samsung` Product is product doesn`t distributed as well as competitor`s products
the competitors are Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Sony, etc.

How to increase the rate of Samsung Brand becoming number 1 in Indonesia with Samsung Galaxy Mini are doing ADS (Advertisement, Distribution, and Services). Just advertise, wait, look, spread distribution and services, moreover Samsung Galaxy Mini as the springboard for other Samsung`s product because of its famous. So, with Samsung Galaxy Mini as the springboard, people in Indonesia will automaticly attracted with other Samsung`s product. Finally, Samsung brand will be the no. 1 in Indonesian`s mind.

Product should be evenly distributed by agent or outlet from big city until village (remote spot) in Indonesia. Customer will get easily to buy Samsung Galaxy Mini because of the nearness from the outlet/agent.
3) Services
Build some service outlets that spread in Indonesia especially remote spot to serve customer who want to upgrading some application/tools/features in their Samsung Galaxy Mini,guarantee service, etc.
